Declaring Swimmer
Declaring swimmers help determine the size of meets and place them in their proper events, heats, and lanes. This all takes time to do and is wasted if you don't show up or ignore this step. If you don't declare your swimmer it is assumed they are not attending when setting up the meets. You have from Monday at noon to Wednesday at 7pm to declare your swimmer.
- Navigate to the Meet Schedule here: https://redwaveswimteam.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
- click on the green Button
next to the Meet. - You will then see your swimmer(s) with an Edit button.
- Choose Edit and Declare your swimmer attending or not attending.

Volunteer Job Sign Up
Volunteering helps us run meets successfully. You have from Monday at noon to Wednesday at 7pm to sign up for jobs online. Should spots not be filled, we will call for volunteers at the meet.
- Click on the green Job Signup button.
- Choose person to sign-up
- Choose Job from list using checkbox. Black info buttons provide more details
